If you’ve ever landed upon a style website or any of the hundreds of best-dressed lists floating around the world wide web, chances are you’ve seen a Kardashian, a Jenner or a Hadid poised at the top spot. But they haven’t earned their coveted “style star” titles all on their own.
DYNAMIC DUO: Sarah Chloe designer Zahava Reismin and stylist Monica Rose.
Their secret weapon? Stylist Monica Rose, who works with the models/reality stars to perfect their edgy, 90s-inpsired street style that dots thousands of Pinterest boards. But Rose's most recent project reaches beyond her A-list clientele.
Earlier this year, Zahava Reismin, the designer behind the minimalist fine jewelry brand, Sarah Chloe, approached Rose with the idea of collaborating on a jewelry collection, which they debuted Thursday evening with an intimate celebratory dinner in West Hollywood.
“Zahava and I had worked together,” Rose told Pret-a-Reporter of how she and the bi-coastal Sarah Chloe founder first met. “I would pull from her for some of my clients, and that’s kind of where the relationship built from there.” And although she had never considered design before, Rose said that the move was an organic transition that “felt natural,” especially with a veteran designer in her corner.
“It was very cohesive from the minute we met,” said Reismin of working with Rose. “We just really got on a really great vibe and it was just back and forth.” Added Rose, “Yeah, we sat there at the SoHo House, and she sketched up all my ideas and we had a collection in, like, four hours.”
The result was a cool line of gold and silver rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets (priced between $58 and $1,378) with Rose’s “‘90s-inspired and very masculine” aesthetic that also managed to be “very delicate and minimalist at the same time.”
The new Monica Rose x Sarah Chloe line, available today exclusively on SarahChloe.com, was showcased to guests who attended the private soiree at Cecconi’s restaurant in West Hollywood. Clients, like Hadid, who arrived arm-in-arm with older half-sister Alana Hadid, and friends alike turned up to support the new collection. Kardashian momager Kris Jenner, with new beau Corey Gamble in tow, rounded out the well-dressed crowd, which also included supermodel Chanel Iman and E! News correspondent Catt Sadler. Kardashian-Jenner hairstylist Jen Atkin, who was honored in THR’s Beauty Issue, was also present to support her fellow glam squad member.

As for the reception among her clients, Rose reports that so far, so good. “I didn’t even tell [Kendall and Kylie] that it was my collection,” she said of showing the jewels to the sisters for the first time. “I just wanted to get their feedback and bring it to a shoot — but they were like, ‘oh, I love that, where’d you get that?’ And I was like, ‘well, actually … it’s from my collection,’” she added. “So it was kinda cool for them to be into it and genuinely like that.”
